AIOS: AI-Driven Open Science: A Curriculum for Research and Innovation
Empowering the Future of Research through AI and Open Science The Erasmus+ project AIOS is a transformative European initiative designed to revolutionize Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and high-tech ecosystems by merging Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Open Science (OS) practices. As the research landscape evolves, the project aims to establish a groundbreaking professional profile: the Open Science Officer (OSO).
The AIOS project envisions a dual role for Artificial Intelligence:
- Open AI for Everyone: Ensuring that AI tools are accessible, explainable, and ethically sound for the wider academic and public community.
- AI for Open Science: Enhancing open data analysis, automating literature reviews, accelerating research reproducibility, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
